  • I am an technical operator on line a in soups, my role as a technical operator is to make sure that the production line runs and product is suitable for the consumer.

  • I have received a couple of food related qualifications while working at premier foods and also been able to start an apprenticeship which allows me to learn new things and gain qualifications there

  • I feel the programme is good and that I have been gaining a lot from it and I have been enjoying learning new skills and gaining new knowledge

  • Mostly internal recognition and also appreciation from manager

  • The induction was good and gave a good explanation for what too expect, the training and support has been good during the course and we have been receiving lots of support from mentors

  • The training provider has been providing lots of support and has been very accessible and able too give good guidance
