  • FSL Delivery Lead. Rolling out the largest implementation of Salesforce Field Service Lightening for a global power solutions company. Management of the development team responsible for delivering the software and releasing it to all users.

  • Salesforce FSL 3X Salesforce certifications Business Development training.

  • Gaining real life experience from real life opportunities which university cannot offer me.

  • Fairly competitive wage, plenty of responsibility.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • VERY! There is designated team to handle all queries we have and any planning that requires taking on. The initial induction and training to the company is also very enjoyable as we partake in a 3 month training course with other new joiners to learn basic skills, how to handle ourselves and consultants and meet people across the business.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Aston university provide plenty of support for each module.

  • Plenty, senior management and other peers who have been through the program are always on hand to offer guidance.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Very well, coming in at such a young age and still living at home my wage was excellent as i had no outgoings. Now i have progressed through the scheme my wage has increased greatly as i take on more life responsibilities.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Yes, plenty of social events both internally and with clients. Fund raisers and other events are also organised regularly.

  • 9. Would you recommend Capgemini to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Great alternative to going to Uni. I myself have tried both and prefer what I am doing by a country mile, gaining more experience than i felt i was getting at uni while also not collating a debt.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
  • Be confident and don't have self doubt. Capgemini are looking for confident people that can be moulded into good consultants, its not all about your technical ability.
