  • My advice to anyone who is thinking of applying to Capgemini would be to ensure that you are yourself throughout the process and be honest to yourself and with those who are invovled in the application process. Durign assessment days ensure that you are yourself but be mindful of others as it is not a compeition as such (not a dog eat dog type concept) but instead Capgemini would like to ensure that you would align to the companies values and ensure that you are taking the best steps for your career.
