4. How valued do you feel by Jaguar Land Rover?

1/10

By my department yes, the apprenticeship team is unconcerned with the welfare and happiness of their apprentices.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

1/10

The program has no structure at all. The assignments have no schedule or repeat-ability, the marking is very vague and seems to often depend on the lectures opinion of the student.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

1/10

The college does not care how well the students do and have so little topic knowledge that the students regularly have to correct them on basic principles.

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/10

My department is very supportive and always pushes me. The apprenticeship team are unconcerned with reward and instead focus on punishment, the complaints of apprentices seems to fall on death ears and they often respond by blaming the apprentices.
