Body Engineer - Seats, Row 2 and 3 Plastic development looking at bring more inhouse development.
Computer Aided Design Skills, Materials Selection SWOT analysis.
The programme is an excellent for networking and making new contacts within the business and externally through suppliers. I also enjoy the problem solving side of the apprenticeship and how my decisions and input is well reviewed.
I feel the work i complete contributes well within my department.
The structure is well organised however i feel a healthy balance of work and education needs to be reworked.
The training provide is always willing to support, however some work needs to be reviewed with timings
Towards my development as engineer my employer is excellent, more support towards education could be improved.
My salary is excellent
The company provides cover for extra learning schemes if desired.
Yes
The company is progressing and so is the apprenticeship scheme. The scheme is showing how important it is the utilise the apprentices knowledge and this is being welcomed by the departments I have experienced. I feel a valued member of the team which motivates me in my day to day job roles.
Be outgoing and confident in your ability. If you get it wrong which will happen learn from your mistakes and welcome the feedback.
