I work as a technical business analyst. My daily role includes creating workbooks, documentation, analysis on competitors, and working with developers
I am new to this role, so i haven't learnt a great deal so far. However, i have developed my communication skills, time keeping, presentation, and documentation skills
Team members are all approachable and easy to work with
I have felt extremely valued by team members within the projects i have been on. I was also a candidate for apprentice of the year within Accenture, which again made me feel recognised and valued for my hard work
We have a well structured training program set up way in advance for the year ahead, so we can be prepared and notify our leads
Monthly reviews with a skills coach to discuss projects, progress and whether we have any concerns. Lectures are also very approachable and helpful
We get dedicated time to take off to focus on our studies
I travel in from kent, with an annual season ticket of £5,000, so the salary doesn't really meet those costs
TAG events for our sub-community for people in the same field and level as us apprentices. Apprentice events
