  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My current role is within the aftersales department. I fill the role of Business Operations coordinator. What this means is that I deal with service retention reporting, dealer success and their reports, mystery shop and other reports. In addition to this, I assist other members of the team with Excel sheets and provide the director with important information monthly regarding the current status of our network retailers. I also communicate to regional managers their district performance as well as running reports on District Sales Development Managers on how many meetings and action plans they have created within their respective dealers. I get involved in mystery shop and communicate regularly with the customer experience team to ensure that we are doing all we can to support retailers in giving excellent service to all customers.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Stellantis?
  • I get regular meetings with my manager to discuss my progress where he tells me what he thinks I have done well and gives me regular advice on feedback for my development. I feel well supported. There are recognition schemes within Vauxhall, however these have been overshadowed somewhat by the PSA takeover. I like to get involved in as many tasks and projects as I can and I feel as though I am valued when this happens. I was recently put forward by my department's director to take part in our EXCITE committee, as they felt I would be a good candidate which was nice.

  • I receive lots of support from my employer, ranging from HR to my own manager.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Considering I don't live at home, it could be slightly more to release some pressure but ultimately it isn't terrible. Although it is frustrating that our location has a much higher starting salary than us for the same qualification

    5/10
