  • 4. How valued do you feel by EY?
  • Greatly valued. We are treated with socials around London, and were also provided accommodation for some of the internship experiences. The people you meet at EY are impressed about the scheme and give you work that matters.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well structured. There are always 1 or more training days before every placement and you are guided through the whole process. When you are given work, there is always people you can ask for clarification and people you can turn to eg personal buddys or "counsellors" who are always happy to help

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Difficult to manage the salary when accommodation is not provided. Living in London is not cheap, however, when you consider the opportunity and experience you benefit from, then you won't be disappointed. Interns at banks etc may have a higher salary, but the regular nature of this 4 year experience is invaluable for the future.
