  • I’m a team leader, Which involves duty manager shifts, training staff, delivering food to quests, taking orders dealing with customers

  • Yes I’ve developed in all aspects of my job and learnt more on how to run the business, how to do line and spot checks, I’ve learnt more knowledge of the bar and gained my personal license

  • I like that it’s help me develop my career and knowledge and also understanding more about my job role

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Greene King?
  • I feel very valued by my manager and area manager, they both offer help and support whenever it’s required and they recognise the work that I do

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well, Mary works around my shifts and childcare to make sure I have enough time to be able to get done what needs doing, she helps to keep me focused and sets realistic times for me to be able to complete things

  • My trainer Mary ward has been absolutely amazing she has given all the help and support I could ask for and has always encouraged me and made me realise my own potential I couldn’t of got through my level 2 or 3 without her.

  • They are very supportive again helping to work around my childcare, helping me to learn and develop in my job role

  • I like working for the company they have given me the opportunity to go on courses to help me develop my career and knowledge and understanding of the business

  • Always ask for help when needed as it’s given, go on the courses offered and do the apprenticeship courses
