  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Its a customer service advisor role so I take calls about lots of things like balance enquiries, overdrafts, dormant accounts, transferring money etc. There is a lot of responsibility with the job as it is very easy to accidently send money to the wrong place or spell an address incorrectly and all of these things have a detrimental impact on our customers.
