Scholar Review

I am based in IT Risk and Assurance within consulting arm of EY. My day to day activities involved visiting client site, ensuring their IT systems are secure and controls in place to ensure issues are handled efficiently in addition to streamlining procedures.

I have developed various skills through interacting in a professional environment both within the firm and externally with clients. These include communication, critical thinking, analytical and problem solving.

I very much enjoy the experiences gained from scholarship programme.

The salary is insufficient in my circumstances due to the amount spent from my weekly wage on train travel, and is less in comparison to competitor scholarship/school leaver programmes.
