I enjoy the taught aspects of the course with a variety of subjects taught with a positive experience encouraged by all involved in both teaching sides and peer side. Site roles are varied and well committed to ensure adequate experience is built up
I feel that standards are set high and sometimes unattainable, feedback when positive is very fast in forthcoming just as with the negatives which is a good balance
My programme is well managed and structured with plenty of feedback received both positive and negative. the projects are delegated to me are regular and interesting
The training provider is very good at providing support and extra help where required, tutor is always available and willing to assist in any which way, a first class service.
The employer also supports as well as the training provider providing time whilst on site to complete college work.
The salary is adequate and meets living costs just about, regular travel payments help to supplement the wage to this level.
There are a few events outside of work year round but most are organised by few rather than as a company based activity.
