  • I deal with the logging and processing of sensitive information prior to Police disclosure.

  • I have increased my overall base knowledge of spread sheets and increased my knowledge of legal procedures within a banking environment.

  • My programme was very enjoyable as it helped push my ability to learn and helped me realise what level of potential I have.

  • Incredibly valued. The Apprenticeship has also made me a more valuable asset to the group as well.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Brilliant. Everything was kept on a tight timescale, I was given time to complete any apprenticeship orientated work when workloads were low and I was supported whenever I needed it.

  • Regular monthly catch ups were held and I was given the lifeline of contacting my assessor whenever I needed help.

  • Time allowed weekly as a standard structure with all management willing to help in the completion of my workbooks

  • It suits it perfectly.

  • Not that I was aware of but there are more opportunities being realised as of recent

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it's a company with many working opportunities in many different departments. No one job is the same and there is always variety.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • Find out what the job entails. tell them to find out the levels of progression within the team you're applying for. Learn more about the workings of a bank before applying as coming into the bank from a non banking background made the transition period a little longer than normal.
