  • I work in the data and statistics division we ensure the timely and accurate collection of statistical data.

  • I have developed skills lots of news skills including in coding and excel which I had very little experience with before.

  • I enjoy working at The Bank

  • I understand my role is very important in the Bank as I help to ensure we have that data used to inform decisions made by the FPC and MPC.

  • We have a in-house training programme during our first year and that can progress onto degree apprenticeships.

  • There are lots of courses we can take to develop our skills in a range of areas.

  • We are given a study day to if we take a degree apprenticeship and they are supportive of helping us learn about other roles within the organisation.

  • It is enough to cover my living and travel costs and still allows for some left over income.
