  • I’m an accredited kitchen manager supporting several kitchens and kitchen managers in the daily running of a busy branded kitchen

  • I’ve learnt an incredible amount from all the practical sessions with a great tutor

  • The best parts for me are the 2 day practical sessions once a month. We create a 3 course meal each day from scratch covering all the areas required to complete this programme

  • As an apprentice I feel very valued

  • The practical part is very well organised. The theory not so much

  • Not a lot really but as an experienced kitchen manager don’t require as much
