  • My job role, on a day to day basis I run the kitchen This include adhearing to food safety laws and ensureing the rest of the team are doing the same Keeping in line with stock budgets

  • Really enjoy the course, love learning new ways of doing dishes and cooking very different dishes from my day to day job

  • Very, at the training centre we have structured trading days

  • In regards to my GM not much but that’s the way I would prefer it

  • Not very, my travel is not paid for and leaves me right for money for the month due to prettily costs
