  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The program has in general a good balance between the working and university parts. the short 3 month stretches at university although intense are short enough to help keep your interest throughout. the 3 month work placements can feel short at times but they are long enough for you to get involved with the team you are placed with and learn about their role

  • 4. How valued do you feel by BBC?
  • This element of the course can vary greatly. the apprenticeship managers in the acamdmey are helpful on hand to assist throughout the course. during placments this can vary dependant on the department some of the older enigneers dont appreciate the apprentices and you can feel left with know work to do but in general many engineers are helpful and willing to help you learn
