  • 9. Would you recommend DHL to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I believe that DHL as a company are a good company to work for with good benefits and programmes, the potential for promotion is good and training can be excellent, however I would not recommend anyone to work at the site that I currently work at the moment, although I believe that will improve in time.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to DHL?
  • It has been 22 years since I applied to join the company so I cant really offer any advice on applying, however one of the best things about DHL is the opportunities, should you want to progress the opportunities are there, I would always suggest a transfer to a different site when being promoted to management roles, there are also opportunities to change your career should you wish too, or should you want to move to another area of the country or even to another country then there are opportunities to transfer to other sites.
