  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Induction was well organised and help in the process of leaving 6th form to pursue a working placement. I receive training every day throughout the apprenticeship to further myself. Support: i receive support from the colleagues within my specified academy. Studying: around making time for studying i get the support needed. The program itself i don't feel has been organized to the level it will be. because the scheme is very new there are a lot of things that are still being ironed out.
