  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am the operations manager for one of our Business Units. Essentially, my daily tasks involve ensuring that the business remains operationally compliant against metrics enforced upon us by corporate. I report directly to our Vice President of Operation and Delivery, and am also in contact daily with other various senior members of the business. Over my time in the role, I have increased levels of responsibility, where on some tasks I have similar responsibility as a Director. Over the next month or so, I will be moving into a new role within CGI, becoming the PMO Manager on one of our largest Oil and Gas engagements.
