  • My job title is Flying Start 2 acting as an Associate 1 basically. I usually work on the simpler areas of the audit, like cash and audit of notes testing.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt and I am learning a lot when it comes to assurance. Furthermore I have developed my team work skills and I know how to manage my tasks and deadlines much better than before.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Moment of joy are rare but the programme is meaningful. PwC hast helped a lot with my adjustments needed for my disability, so my experience hasn't been the best.

  • I am definitely replaceable as almost everyone else in my workplace. I am valued as a person more than an employee

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very organised and structured with very few exceptions. From a university standpoint to the placements , there is a very good communication and organisation inbetween

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Very little, especially for a person with a disability by me. Very bureaucratic structure for such matters with little willingness to help. Culture doesn't help either.

  • This year has been good as overtimes are being paid properly. Accommodation is provided, and is very good. Very satisfied

  • Comparatively it is a very good company to be a part of

  • Study their structure , know what they are doing as a company and try to ask for advise from currently working there
