  • Before you start you are prepared with several different induction days which provide you with invaluable information and insight into the business you are joining and tips for when you start. Once you begin the scheme there is a lapse in time which allows you to settle in with your role before you begin your studying, as well as regular catch ups with the leaders of the scheme. You'll also be set up with a buddy who has been on or completed your scheme who can help you out.
