    • Yes I have learnt some hands on skills

    • I enjoy it a lot

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Siemens?

    • I do feel valued as part of the team, however sometimes feel that due to being at college, we can miss out on some information.

    • The organisation is well structured, despite the recent merger.

    • Whenever I have an issue, our course leader or teacher are always there to help.

    • Marie is always very supportive and helps with any issues I may have.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

    • The salary first year was quite difficult to manage, however is getting easier as the wage increases and we develop.

    • We do often get invited to events, however as we are not based at Siemens, miss out on some things.

    • Yes

    • They are a good company to work for and offer a career opportunity rather than just a job, allowing continuous development as you progress.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Siemens?

    • Try your best to secure a position as there are a great deal of opportunities once you are on board.
