  • As an Applications Support Analyst, I deal with incidents on a day-to-day basis whilst monitoring applications.

  • Qualifications I have gained is the ITIL Foundation. I have developed new skills in Java and SQL.

  • I enjoy the work that I do on a day-to-day basis and the team I have around me as they provide experience which I can benefit from. The training courses are good because I am always learning something new and can potentially apply the learning to my work.

  • I feel valued by CGI as I am praised by managers when exceeding expectations (either by email or internal recognition - APPLAUD).

  • A spreadsheet was provided with all training courses over the period of two years.

  • I receive support from my assessors once a month when I have my monthly meeting.

  • I receive the expected amount of support from my employer from line manager. They have told me numerous amount of times that if I need anything, to contact them.
