  • Accident investigation course Using prod planner, red prairie and JDA, managing skills - talking to people, delegate jobs

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It is stressful sometimes but I like to learn new things and this programme gives me a lot of opportunities for that. I have support from my team which make my work more enjoyable

  • I feel valued, my work is appreciated. My managers provide good feedback.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Unfortunately my programme has had a delay because of some changes with learning providers. But I believe it was for the best to give us better opportunities

  • Can not answer as I am still waiting for one.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a big support from my colleagues and employer. They encourage me to join projects and help me to develop management skills.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • It is better than warehouse operative wage I was on before. I still need to do some rest day work but my employer gives me opportunity to do that.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There is a lot of courses and programmes inside work. Didn't hear about anything outside. However Gist 4U gives me opportunities to get discounts of many events outside work.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a big company with many opportunities to develop. Many areas I can progress and improve my skills. There is possibility of become a manager even when you started as a picker. Also there is many ways to develop your interests - hr, transport, administration.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Gist Ltd?
  • Be open minded, work hard, be a team player, Get all opportunities you have to progress
