Junior Project Manager Review

I go to uni for a weeks worth of lectures on a Thursday, and the rest of the time I work as a Junior PM rolling out infrastructure small projects on CNWL transformation.

Project Management as a whole and project support have been new skills that I have learnt since joining the company. I am looking for a new role to challenge myself.

I get on with my team, my boss supports me incredibly and the environment has allowed me to grow as a manager.

By CGI itself, there isnt a massive amount of engagement. I have had a couple of instances where processes have left me short, financially it has been a difficult few years..

We get a lot of support from our dissertation supervisor, and from our lecturers.. they are flexible and always go the extra mile

Sometimes the business forget we have a lot of work on! they are good at pushing career, sometimes a break would be good to focus on the Uni side of things, but still manageable all round

I am required to work in London, so not very well. Easier on the more recent pay rise, but still a massive struggle living in London. Parents still help.

Yes, I dont use them as I have no free time.

Because they can offer lots to people who are willing to apply themselves.

Don't expect a work life balance with a full time degree and a full time job.
