  • Yes I have learned to be more confident when it came to interacting with customers and complaints.

  • Yes although the hours of work did effect my well being

  • More when I finished the programme

  • I did have two different theory providers which did make it slightly confusing

  • I knew if I were struggling they would help me out

  • My store manager gave me a lot of support.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I didn’t feel the salary was worth the work I did, I felt disappointed when I got a a wage slip at the end of the month.

  • Some weeks you would only do your contracted ours so their we plenty of opportunities.
