  • I am a HR co ordinator so I organise and put people on courses for the sales, marketing and finance academy

  • Yes i have learnt to adapt my communication style for who i am speaking to

  • I very much enjoy my programme, i dont feel like im missing out on uni at all!

  • I do feel valued as I am given a real role with responsibility

  • It is well organised however with the academy being based in York it feels we get less support in Gatwick

  • Alot of support, our lecturers are very contactable whenever we need them for emails or phone calls

  • The support from the academy is limited as I am based in Gatwick whereas the academy is based in York

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • it meets my costs well as i live at home so can live off my salary comfortably with the ability to save however if i did have to pay rent i would struggle

  • Yes there are lots of opportunities to get involved with charity activities outside of work
