1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

8/10

on a day to day basis i can be expected to answer emails, raise PR numbers for invoices for other companies. i also have to manage the budget spreadsheet making sure it is up to date and accurate in order to maintain accuracy when needing to see how much budget there is remaining still.

i am also tasked with the responsibility of building and sending out the company emails often to thousands of people at a time.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

8/10

I have learnt a host of new skills since starting work, notably how to use systems and programs on the computer to manage processes i have never used before, such as SAP for raising invoices and ensuring companies receive payment for the work that they have done for us. i have also developed my skills using Microsoft excel when managing our budget sheet and have gotten far more confident in my skills whilst using it.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

7/10

I enjoy the program and how each day is not exactly the same and constantly challenges me in new and unexpected ways. i also like the fact that i have to problem solve when it comes to things like issues with the app where i am the first port of call for a solution.

4. How valued do you feel by PSA Group?

7/10

i feel like i am valued by PSA Group, as i am constantly told if i have done good work and also shown how to improve. i am grateful for this guidance and support as it has allowed me to develop as a person and as an employee.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

7/10

My program seems to be very well structured, as i have progress meetings with my boss weekly and contact with my assessor on a regular basis, each of these gives me insight into how im doing and where i can improve on things

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

9/10

i recieve enough support from my training provider, as although he doesnt constantly check in with me he is always available if i need him, and when he comes in to check up on things and see how i'm doing we always have a good chat about how i'm doing and if i need any extra support in any areas.

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

9/10

i receive alot of support from my boss This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions, as we will put in time weekly to hace a discussion on how i am getting on and what we have going on that week. She will also give me an indication on how things are progressing and where i can improve if there's areas where i can get better.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

8/10

my salary meets my costs just fine, i just have to be careful when managing my money and balancing my outgoings based on my income

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

7/10

there are opportunities to get involved in activities outside of work if i would like to, with there being frequent emails circulated about events and fundraisers that people are welcome to get involved with. there are also activities such as football organised by some of my colleagues that i would be able to take part in if i so desired.

9a. Would you recommend PSA Group to a friend? *

Yes

9b. Why? *

it is a great opportunity to work in an office for one of the biggest car brands in the world, along the way you will meet some fantastic people from many different walks of life and different cultures. It challenges you in a good way and always gives you the opportunity to improve your working skills and personal skills.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PSA Group? *

I would tell them to come in with an open mind as things may not be entirely what you were expecting, and to make sure that they are willing to learn and to try new things even if they dont work out the first time. The application process and interviews are intense but come prepared and everything will work out just fine.
