  • assisting inductions which includes preparing for them as well as delivering inductions across sites in the UK

  • yes, these vary from new system skills through to being able to present and deliver material to new employees

  • I enjoy working with different teams and travelling around to different sites doing the work

  • I feel valued within my current team as I get a lot of opportunities and development chances how ever within HR not as much

  • started off good but then lost its structure with a lot of changes and insecurity with placements

  • didn't start off as well but then recently I have had a lot of support with course work issues as well as work related issues

  • a lot from my current manager who always ensures that I am on task and im going in the right direction
