  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am a Junior Management Consultant for IBM, this means working with international clients on a day to day basis to create solutions to their problems. I am responsible at the moment for the communication and marketing for a huge client project, involving creating/sending out monthly newsletters, creating videos promoting what the team are doing and also working out what else we can do to show off what the project is doing.

  • The organisation of the apprenticeship could be improved slightly as when I started no one knew which project I was going on. When I was finally told what project I was on, it didn't feel asif the project knew what to do with me.
