The Apprenticeship role involves me learning new skills on a daily basis. I have a personal development plan in place to benefit and make note of the improvements I can make within my apprenticeship

I have learnt several new skills both mechanically and electrically

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the apprenticeship and have regular support from both colleagues and management at Severn Trent. It feels more like a hobby than a job as I love coming to work everyday.

4. How valued do you feel by Severn Trent?

Very valued and have been made to feel as part of the team within a short space of time.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

From Severn Trent point of view very organised, but from a college perspective very badly organised.

Not a lot, it could be improved greatly as it’s very badly organised.

A lot of support.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

I think it’s a great idea that the salary increases every year as you develop new skills on the apprenticeship. The salary meets my costs when budgeting.

Yes there are several opportunities available to me.

Yes

It is a great company to work for, and I don’t think I have met anyone working here who isn’t happy to work for Severn Trent.

To put maximum effort into your job role to reap the many awards that come with working for Severn Trent.
