  • The Apprenticeship role involves me learning new skills on a daily basis. I have a personal development plan in place to benefit and make note of the improvements I can make within my apprenticeship

  • I have learnt several new skills both mechanically and electrically

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love the apprenticeship and have regular support from both colleagues and management at Severn Trent. It feels more like a hobby than a job as I love coming to work everyday.

  • Very valued and have been made to feel as part of the team within a short space of time.

  • From Severn Trent point of view very organised, but from a college perspective very badly organised.

  • Not a lot, it could be improved greatly as it’s very badly organised.

  • A lot of support.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I think it’s a great idea that the salary increases every year as you develop new skills on the apprenticeship. The salary meets my costs when budgeting.

  • Yes there are several opportunities available to me.

  • Yes

  • It is a great company to work for, and I don’t think I have met anyone working here who isn’t happy to work for Severn Trent.

  • To put maximum effort into your job role to reap the many awards that come with working for Severn Trent.
