I am a Technical Services Trainee Specialist. It is essentially the second line of support so I fix any incidents which come in
Studied IT in school at GCSE and A Level but it is nothing like the scheme so I am constantly leaning and developing my IT skills
I am enjoying the programme a lot. I am learning whilst gaining experience. As well as this, everyone is super friendly even though we are of a wide age range
Everyone I work with is lovely and I can genuinely say I feel valued by my team even though I have limited knowledge at the moment. HR also keeps in contact on a regular basis to ensure that we are settling in well
It's a good daily routine and there are a wide range of materials which can we have access to to assist us in our studies
The tutors help as much as they can and always answer any questions we may have
Fujitsu has been a great employer to me so far and I have been with the company for 4 months. HR are constantly checking up on the apprentices and my manager is always answering any questions I have. My team are also very helpful and assist me if I am ever having any problems and answer my questions which has helped me feel included
I still live at home so the salary is good in my opinion. Compared to other companies, Fujitsu seems to pay its apprentices well
There are always events on which you are invited to as an apprentice. I have only been her for 4 months and have attended 2 exciting events, I do not just sit in an office every day
Yes
Everyone I have met in Fujitsu is unbelievably friendly and helpful and I feel this is helping me develop into a better person. They are always willing to give you advice or assist if you have any issues and I am learning whilst making new friends. I also genuinely enjoy coming in to work
Definitely show your personality and know your background knowledge on Fujitsu in the interview
