  • I am a Technical Services Trainee Specialist. It is essentially the second line of support so I fix any incidents which come in

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Studied IT in school at GCSE and A Level but it is nothing like the scheme so I am constantly leaning and developing my IT skills

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am enjoying the programme a lot. I am learning whilst gaining experience. As well as this, everyone is super friendly even though we are of a wide age range

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Fujitsu?
  • Everyone I work with is lovely and I can genuinely say I feel valued by my team even though I have limited knowledge at the moment. HR also keeps in contact on a regular basis to ensure that we are settling in well

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It's a good daily routine and there are a wide range of materials which can we have access to to assist us in our studies

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • The tutors help as much as they can and always answer any questions we may have

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Fujitsu has been a great employer to me so far and I have been with the company for 4 months. HR are constantly checking up on the apprentices and my manager is always answering any questions I have. My team are also very helpful and assist me if I am ever having any problems and answer my questions which has helped me feel included

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I still live at home so the salary is good in my opinion. Compared to other companies, Fujitsu seems to pay its apprentices well

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are always events on which you are invited to as an apprentice. I have only been her for 4 months and have attended 2 exciting events, I do not just sit in an office every day

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Everyone I have met in Fujitsu is unbelievably friendly and helpful and I feel this is helping me develop into a better person. They are always willing to give you advice or assist if you have any issues and I am learning whilst making new friends. I also genuinely enjoy coming in to work


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fujitsu?
  • Definitely show your personality and know your background knowledge on Fujitsu in the interview
