Opportunity to be immersed in different teams from around the business and to rotate around the different operational pillars - Sales/Commercial & Analytics. Often work on-site at client offices.
Massively developed all skill-sets through the opportunities that have been made available through the scheme.
Often your overall enjoyment of work can be dependent on the role you are in and the team you have around you however due to the rotational structure of the scheme, support that is offered and the opportunities available, overall I enjoy my job.
Yes
At it's best the scheme is very well structured however due to the rapid change that occurs within the business there is sometimes periods of uncertainty which can lead to things feeling slightly unorganized however this is not the norm.
Adequate
Nielsen are extremely supportive.
Is not particularly well paid Vs. Industry however all expenses are paid for college/client visits and overall pay is not an issue.
Improving
Yes
Fantastic opportunities within a multinational organisation.
Read up on the industry and client portfolio prior to applying. Go for it.
