  • Contracts and Commercial management - involves reviewing commercial and contractual risk with our clients and perspective clients.

  • I have learnt lots about contract law. Furthermore, I have greatly developed my analytical and communication skills in my role.

  • The programme is an enjoyable experience; providing you with the best of university and work. We also have a strong cohort that get along well.

  • CGI value my work and have a great support network in place to help me develop.

  • The programme is well structured with the right support in place and also a manageable balance of university and work.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • The support I receive is good, with tutors willing to provide feedback on assignments. They also appreciate we are only at university one day a week and are happy to do Skype calls as required.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • There is a lot of support in the organisation (including a university buddy, workplace mentor and people manager). I have regular catch-ups with senior members in the organisation to ensure I am taking advantage of the correct opportunities to further my development.

  • The salary is competitive and even though I am living away from home, I have enough money for leisure.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • CGI has a sports and social club which set up social events outside of work at a heavily discounted price. Furthermore, we organise events as a year group.

  • Yes
