  • Quantity Surveyor, assisting with early stages of GOSH project, contacting subcontractors, calculating costs, sending payments to subcontractors.

  • Yes, communication skills have improved, one of my main aims was to improve my communication over telephone and i have begun to do this. I am doing a degree as part of this programme.

  • Friendly colleagues, company treat employees well.

  • Line manager makes my role feel important. Company as a whole has good family culture.

  • Induction helped explain all questions i had, studying programme great and flexible

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Perhaps could do with a little more help at times, feel coursework went well, did struggle with exam, but believe now first one is out of way i have better understanding of the process. Organisation on day of exam was not great, some were sent to wrong room which delayed and disrupted the exam

  • Very supportive, encourage me to ask questions no matter what they are

  • Great, I believe the company pay well
