  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well structured but I feel like studying could have a more laid out schedule that is easily available and the apprenticeship structure is available for upcoming apprentices. I feel like the schedule of when Aon wants the assignments done should have been available from our first week and study materials provided much sooner.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • My salary meets most of my costs but due to travelling A large amount goes towards train fair. An extra contribution or some kind of discount would be appreciated as travel fair is getting more expensive and despite using the cheapest method of travel it still amounts to quite a lot. Perhaps if someone has to travel more than a few districts should have some sort of compensation.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • I think there are lots of opportunities for socialising outside of work. There's lots of events and activities to do and all of the people are friendly and open to having fun and socialising. Overall I think there is a nice variety of out of work activities and things to get involved in.
