  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The team environment at MBDA is great, everybody is willing to help each other and people have a lot of time for apprentices in particular. The work that I complete is interesting and can be complex at times which is always good as I want to be challenged. My programme has definitely exceeded my initial expectations.

  • Application: Make sure that you show you are enthusiastic and interested in mechanical/electrical engineering. Also make sure you have studied the appropriate subjects and completing a work experience placement at MBDA looks great. Interviews/Assessment: You will be questioned on your applications and the company and will take part in a team task which is an opportunity for you to show your teamwork skills.
