  • As the Human Resources Apprentice, I have the opportunity to be involved in different projects throughout the company as well as assisting the Vice President of HR and helping to run the Apprentice assessment days. • 4. How valued do you feel by WarnerMedia?
  • I do feel valued by Warner Bros. as I have regular meetings with my manager where he can tell me how I am doing and if there is anything I could do to improve in my role. With the responsibility of doing contracts, I feel as though I am contributing to Warner Bros. in a small way.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive lots of support from Warner Bros. As I work in HR, it is very easy for me to ask another member of my team if I have any queries. I am comfortable in approaching more senior members of the team if I have any problems or if I don't understand something.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • My salary is adequate for me to be able to work and commute into London. I have a travel warrant for a year which does take a large amount from my monthly salary, but my salary is more than enough for daily and social costs.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • I have attended many company events, for example International and Regional Company Days, team off-site days and the Christmas party last year. Also, being part of a large group of interns and apprentices means that there are lots of opportunities to socialise after work.
