The program is really well structured, it was clearly set out in our induction what would be happening when. We have 1-2 modules a year where we meet up with the rest of my cohort to do workshops and courses such as team building, organisation and workload management. 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Laing O'Rourke?
The application process is really long and there are a lot of hoops to jump through. but that is because there is only a small number of places and thousands apply. Also get some work experience (doesn't have to be with laings) I think Work experience is an invaluable thing especially with an apprenticeship as it will be your career, you need to make sure you like it. Also Work experience looks great to the employer and will get you a long way.
