  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I've learnt lots of skills for Microsoft Project, Excel and also have gained lots of experience about meeting and time management along with running meetings and organizing them. My maths skills have improved a lot since joining this apprenticeship as well.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It's a great programme that I enjoy a lot, at first the training part of the course was poorly run but that wasn't anything that my Host Company nor my employer could do. However, now my training is going a lot better and I'm on my way towards an exam at the end of the year to get a qualification.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well structured, I know where my courses are, the dates for my courses, the time I'm allowed to work on my training at work, and also whilst doing this I'm picking up key skills for the role I'm currently doing.

  • I'm not quite sure on this question. If by opportunities, the question means sport and leisure, then 3M is perfect for it as there are lots of opportunities to do leisure outside of work.
