  • I am an office manager, I oversee two teams. One look at all cu orders leaving the site, the second book all the PO's delivered into site onto the system. I ensure we work efficiently and accurately.

  • Main skills learnt were all associated with people- dealing with training, reviews etc

  • it was very informative and I gained more knowledge.

  • I don't not feel as valued as I could.

  • My provider was very supportive and able to help when I needed.

  • I am underpaid compared to my other colleagues within my department at the same level.

  • There is a very unbalanced salary structure, training is not provided for many roles.
