  • I am an apprentice Joiner, on site for Engie. Although i am a joiner when the company, i help with deliverys and bits i am asked to do.

  • Yes i have developed people skills and communication skills. Also my time keeping skills have progressed rapidly.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I would like to successfully complete my apprenticeship, the continuevto a level 3 with Engie.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Equans?
  • I feel like my opinion matters. Management are very understanding, and will try to there best of there capability to make sure there empolyees are happy.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is well structured, although i feel that to many people are involved with my apprenticeship, e.g. CITB.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I recieve every bit of support i need.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My empolyer is always asking how i am which is good. He also asks if other employees are okay towards me, which is very supportive of my manager. He also gets involved and checks the work i have completed.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Although my salary is higher than the average apprentice, i do struggle as i have a little girl to provide for also.

  • Its not that there isnt any, i just dont look for them.

  • Yes

  • Because they are the company of the future.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Equans?
  • Listen to the management and do as they say, and if you ever have a problem - they will sort it.
