    • Yes - learn lots of practical skills Also developed engineering knowledge

    • I enjoy the programme lots as it allows me to learn/develop my skills whilst earning income at the same time

    • very organised - the programme has been let down by the poor quality of the training provider

    • not much - training provider hasn't done much until recently; now they have started to give feedback to help me improve the quality of my job write ups.
