  • Salary wise, there can be frustrations as you develop through the program. • Assessment day, tent to be group interview. With most group interviews it tends to be 'dog eat dog' in the fact everyone want to be heard. At an assessment at Laing O'Rourke, if you don't listen to others view and try and constantly voice your, you wont be successful. This is the construction industry, where you are required to be part of a bigger group and therefore be collaborative.
