  • 4. How valued do you feel by Mott MacDonald?
  • I feel very valued and often get appraisal. Every month my training officer from Stegta comes in and speaks to my manager, this then gets fed back to me and tells me how well I am performing. I am surprised about the amount of responsibility I am getting in certain projects which I really enjoy.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure is really good, first I completed online induction training which helped me understand Mott MacDonald more and how to set up my work station etc. I then moved onto a small project where I learnt to do lighting calculations and Amtech with a graduate who was really friendly. There is a wide range of brilliant electrical engineers who all individually help with my learning, all with a different grade. The only disadvantage is travelling all the way to London for college.
