  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My program is very organised as at the beginning I had an induction week where we were able to increase our knowledge and understanding of the different areas of the business and how it works. We also were introduced to our individual departments. I have a meeting with my training provider once a month, I think the coursework structure/deadlines for this could be clearer.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • I have a meeting with my training provider once a month however, I am able to email or call if I need to. At our meetings once a month we meet to go through the units in my course and to set new work to complete. They also provide training in specific areas if needed. However, I think that the structure of the course could be better and clearer and the meetings with the training provider could be more often.
