Level 2 & 3 Excel training course Developed my interpersonal skills, this helps in dealing with customers Developed time management skill Will be learning German in the future
The programme has been excellent so far, the work is enjoyable and varied, EGGER emphasises training in other departments, since the commencement of the programme I have visited numerous other department in order to learn about what they do. My team have been incredibly welcoming and don't hesitate to assist with any queries.
I receive regular input on how I am progressing from my line manager, customers are often very grateful for the service I provide (if it's good of course). I am regularly involved in projects and new tasks, my role is always changing based on who I am assisting.
The employment part of the programme is very well organised, the emphasis EGGER have put on training has really helped my progression. The NVQ side however is not, my learning co-ordinator seems very disorganised and hasn't been the best of help - especially when answering my questions.
My tutor seems quite inefficient, she seems really disorganised, she seems to make up our meetings as we go and tells myself and the other three apprentices on the course separate things, which confuses us. Of the one question I asked her she was little use. However she does have a good attitude towards supporting.
My employer provides great support, no complaints.
Meets them really well, also allows me to save for the future which is great.
There are regular social events such as a Sports and Social club, there's also informal events like badminton and 5-a-side football with colleagues from work.
Yes
Very welcoming, huge emphasis on training and progression, they have a great ethos and are environmentally minded.
Research the company, be yourself (of course!)
