  • Unlike other companies I have worked for, JLR really strive to make us feel valued. Regular checks are done at intervals and scoring systems reflect how well I've been doing. • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program is fairly well organised and structured. In the beginning it felt rushed and as if it wasnt quite ready yet but now I have been in the program for a year it is better. Each placement is on a structured time table allowing us to know when and where we are and for how long. Included in this is time for college work to ensure we dont fall behind.

  • I receive a good amount of training from my employer. We taken presentations and courses to further out knowledge and online forums are called success factors. • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • As an apprentice the wage is good. It is enough to live off when younger but if you have come from a job it is a bit more difficult. As the apprenticeship progresses the increase is good and allows for good growth. It encourages us to work hard to meet our target so we get our pay rise.
