  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aon?
  • The application process for Aon is relatively rigarous. I had an online application, an initial interview, a word document I had to produce and finally an assessment day. The day consisted of a team exercise, written test and final interview. My advice is to simply be yourself and make sure you do plenty of background reading and be as prepared as possible for each stage of the process.
